If you can see the dark topbar above with the phone numbers and email, and a sticky nav bar below it with the Gimms Link logo and menu links, the header include is working correctly on this server.
Shrink your browser window (or view on a phone) and click the hamburger icon in the nav bar — it should slide open a mobile menu.
